Standard Parts and Equipment

Each fireplace comes with all those components listed in the Characteristics category and on its individual spec sheet, and those items included in our technical drawings. Vertical flues for ceiling heights up to 9 feet (2.75 meters) are included. Flue extensions are provided at an additional cost.

Custom-built Flues and Connecting Pieces

Our custom manufacturing of flues and connecting pieces to fit your specific plans reduces the need for extensive on-site installation design work by your builder, making installation easier and cost effective.

Lead Time

Upon deposit, lead time is 12 to 14 weeks. Units with a shorter lead time are available. Please call 505-992-0123 to check availability of models in stock.

Installation Manual

Euroflues offers professional installation by its on-staff installer at an additional charge. Please contact us for an installation quote. An installation manual is provided with each Focus fireplace and includes technical installation and connection instructions for each model as well as general information on how the fireplaces function. This manual is required for the proper installation of all Focus fireplace models.

Users Manual

This manual serves as a users guide once the fireplace has been professionally installed. It contains general information and technical advice for the optimum operation of each Focus fireplace and maintenance.

Guarantees

All of our Focus models are guaranteed against any defect in design, construction, or manufacture, and guaranteed to function properly for 10 years from installation. Our product guarantees are applicable only when our fireplaces have been installed with respect to all local building codes and with strict attention to the technical details outlined in our installation, maintenance, and user's manuals. Our guarantee excludes accidental damages such as those occuring during transport without written notification upon receipt, damages incurred during installation, and damages resulting from improper use.
